About Thomas
With experience as a teaching assistant at FSU, I not only have real world experience improving my student's grades, I have taken coursework where I learned the most effective teaching methods. Moreover, I have been doing organic chemistry research for all of my undergraduate career so most of my insights and answers are based on observations I have made in the laboratory.

My approach involves teaching the basic concepts with minimal memorization so as to improve the problem solving abilities of my students. Where applicable I will use state of the art computer models to help make complex topics like stereochemistry more intuitive and engaging. Having excelled in all of my undergraduate courses, I am eager to share my strategies for success.
