About Malsha
I have always been passionate about tutoring and helping students achieve their personal goals. I have a degree in Early Childhood Education as well as diploma in teaching. I’m currently pursuing my masters degree in Leadership. I specialize in English, reading comprehension, phonics (with beginning readers), and essay writing. I am specifically well-versed in tutoring elementary school children, in any topic that is required; particularly common core math and english. I hope to work with you soon ! :)

I have cared and worked with students for over 10 years. The most important part of teaching is to understand that every student is different and has a unique way of learning. My method of teaching includes an approach that follows the idea of ‘learning by doing’. Beginners will learn English through a series of repetitive actions such as “Stand up”, “Open your book”, “Close the door”, and “Walk to the window and open it.” I believe that the most important skill is oral comprehension and everything else will follow naturally later.
