About Cullen
Not only am I wanting to inspire confidence in my students, but I'm wanting them to get to that next level in their career which will allow them to flourish and reach their true potential as a student. I make my lessons fun, engaging and there will never be a dull moment. I remember back in my school days that all my lessons that were considered "boring", were the toughest for me to really grasp the understanding of the lesson plan. The teachers that made their students engaged and correlated fun activities into their lessons were the teachers that stuck with me all these years and that is exactly what I am wanting to instill on my students as well.

My teaching methods are making sure that my students are comfortable and in an environment where they can expect to learn and grow. I connect with them on an interpersonal level so they feel free to reach out of their comfort zone to progress.
My main teaching method would be that I use positive reinforcement with my students to keep them eager and ready to learn. I am very patient and understanding which ultimately, makes me more passionate about helping out my students to get to that moment where they have made progress in their lesson plan for that day.
