About Josiah

As a dedicated tutor with a strong background in music education and industry experience, I strive to provide a supportive and professional learning environment for my students. Whether you are preparing for A-Level and GCSE music exams refining your vocal technique or preparing for a specific performance, I bring a comprehensive approach rooted in my extensive knowledge of both practical and theoretical music. My connections to the professional sector allow me to offer valuable audition prep guidance and insights, giving students a competitive edge. With a track record of success and a focus on personalised learning, I am committed to helping each student reach their musical goals with confidence and precision.

About the lesson

As a tutor, I bring a wealth of experience and passion to my students, teaching singing lessons, music theory, and A-Level and GCSE music. With a BA in Music, experience in choral music that includes singing at the Royal Shakespeare Company, the BBC Proms and much more, I focus on fostering both technical skill and confidence, tailored to each individual's learning style. Additionally, I provide expert audition preparation, leveraging my strong connections to the British choral and theatrical circuit, to help students succeed in a competitive environment. Whether refining musical technique or preparing for key exams, I am dedicated to helping my students achieve their full potential.

Ultimately, I am results based. Whether this be long term vocal improvement, or short sessions to prepare for an audition, performance, or a top up of technique, I am happy to tailor our sessions to your liking.
