About Kenneth

I am a Jacksonville native. Some of my favorite subjects are art, history, science, and math. I spend all of my time watching documentaries about history. During my free time, I am working on some art and cooking for my family.

About the lesson

I possess significant experience in providing homework assistance, particularly in the subject of math. Over the course of the past seven years, I have diligently supported my aftercare students with their math assignments. Furthermore, for the last four years, I have also offered tutoring services in math to some of my students after regular work hours. My areas of mathematical expertise encompass elementary math, algebra, and certain aspects of geometry.

I treat my tutoring sessions as though they are therapy sessions. I asked thought-provoking questions in order to understand what the student is struggling with so that we can collaborate to solidify their understanding of the material. I incorporate real-life scenarios to encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills while working on math problems. At the end of the session, I review what we covered to ensure the student retains the information and gains confidence in their learning.

Mr. Daniels is an exceptional teacher. He is very patient and kind with my children as they grasp the concept of each problem. His strongest suit is capturing the way my children learn and adapting to their style to develop an approach that is most comfortable for them. His efforts should not go unnoticed.
