About Ricca Victoria
As a professional teacher, there are things that I need to consider when conducting lessons to my students. They are confidentiality, respect, boundaries, and also empathy to the student's needs. It is not enough just to have the title of being a teacher when you don't empathize your students. Having a heart in teaching makes your student remember you as a role model who gives flavor, not just to their academic success, but also learn something about life, and not just a teacher who gives lessons just for the sake to have grades in their subjects.

As a professional teacher, I make sure that every student learns and participates every time I teach. My teaching approach depends on the student's capabilities. If I know that a student needs special care, then I adjust my phasing and my strategies on that student. My lessons are for elementary level as it is the degree that I've finished and study. Though I know that all tutors have different strategy, what sets me apart as a tutor is that I level myself in student's shoes and I just teach them just like I am their playmate in order for them to be comfortable and enjoy learning.
