About Arya
An exceedingly enthusiastic and energetic individual with a substantial level of integrity, productivity and a positive outlook. Uses latest techniques of interactive sessions in both online and offline sessions whilst making learning as fun as possible. Uses a personalised approach on each student by completely understanding each student's strength and weaknesses, thereby using methodologies that seems most apt for the student. I mentor struggling students with an individualized approach to enhance learning through both online and offline platforms.
I make the class as interactive as possible by not trying to make it long and tiring.

Through my school to college years, I have found seminar sessions to be rather exciting. I wait with utmost eagerness for my turn to conduct my seminar, making it as fun and interactive as possible. Later on, appreciating my seminar taking skills, my fellow peers started asking me to tutor them on topics that seemed hard for them to cover or reciprocate. They've always admired my approach towards each topic, which I like to call " Dividing and Conquering" the module. Ever since then, I realized that I have a unique ability to teach and surprisingly I started to love doing it. I have helped many of my current students to tackle studying burnout by using effective techniques like Promodoro, flashcards, etc. This has proved to be effective and productive and has eventually lead to bringing out better results for my current students. I include special classes for doubt clearing and make sure that the student can contact me via my contact number at any time of the day. At the end of each module, rather than rushing through the syllabus, I spend an extra class or two to educate the students about the day to day applications they can witness and learn from the module they've covered. At the end of the month, I give an overview of the exam pattern and conduct revision tests by solving question banks and other solved papers through an interactive and continuous improvement manner.
