About Madeleine

First of all, I have experience in learning several languages, because I speak English, Italian, Spanish and German perfectly. Therefore, I can empathize very well with my students. Learning a language is difficult, that is why I motivate my students with games, songs and I try to use new technologies applied to Education. Second, I have experience teaching in schools and academies.

One of my first jobs as a teacher of German for foreigners was a volunteer experience in which I have worked with refugees who have just arrived in Austria.

However, I really like teaching, I've never stopped being a student. I learn a lot from my students and I love learning new languages.

I therefore consider that I am prepared for any difficulty and level of German as it perfectly fits my professional profile.

I've been teaching online for almost two years now and I love that way of teaching. On top of that, I have one year of experience in a commercial technical institute as a Spanish and Italian teacher for adults and adolescents.

I would love to be your teacher because for me it is the best job in the world.

About the lesson

My methodology is based on learning based on the elaboration of projects that respond to real life problems. By starting from a concrete and real problem, this methodology guarantees more didactic, effective and practical learning processes and allows the student to develop complex skills such as critical thinking, communication, collaboration and problem solving.

Another methodology I use is work in small groups, if they are face-to-face classes in the form of dialogues. It's about grouping students together and making a positive impact. The goal of this methodology is for each member of an established group to successfully carry out their tasks relying on the work of others.

Another way that I really like is to learn through games and songs in playful environments, in order to enhance motivation, concentration, effort, loyalty and other positive values common to all games . The integration of game dynamics in these environments is not a new phenomenon, but the exponential growth in the use of video games in recent years has aroused the interest of many experts in the educational field.

I also like learning with texts. We all have difficulties learning texts sometimes. Reading books or articles and understanding them well requires a lot of concentration, knowledge, imagination and the ability to process large amounts of information. All of this trains our brain and makes us better.

Finally, it should be noted that there is no better way to learn a language, but everyone has to find their best way to learn. The key must be like in life, to progress continuously, step by step, motivate yourself autonomously and try and learn new things every day.
