About Frank
I am a high school teacher for the subject German. Because there were no teaching positions after my apprenticeship, I worked in the cultural sector for 30 years before I switched to school again. I have been a pensioner since 2019 and therefore have the time to accompany intensive training sessions.

It is important for the learners that they are not taught according to a strict scheme, but individually according to their needs and level of knowledge. The lessons themselves serve primarily to practice the language as well as to prepare and follow up on the current material, to clarify questions and to check the learning progress, also with regard to requirements such as an examination. In addition, I offer support with various forms "homework". For example, a free, scientifically accompanied online program, with which the concrete gaps in knowledge can be recorded in order to close them by means of exercises tailored to requirements. Also freely accessible learning videos can be a good addition to the lessons. With such "homework" in between, much more can be learned and more effectively than would ever be possible with a double lesson per week! Learning should be fun, only then can good results be achieved. That is why I also try to meet personal needs and cultivate a relaxed style.

Hello,
the prices refer to a teaching unit of 45 minutes via webcam.
For learning progress, it is advisable to book at least one double lesson unit of 90 minutes in length each week. Deviations from this are possible by arrangement.
For home visits in Oldenburg I charge an additional 5 € travel expenses per appointment.
