About Ruth
Teaching yoga for 13 years allows me to observe how slow, consistent practice transforms the body. As an RYT-500 instructor, I guide students through alignment and posture while refining warm-up sequencing and vinyasa flow. Hatha fundamentals and yin yoga form the base of my approach, alongside beginner-safe inversions that build confidence.
7 years of specific focus on sleep and wind-down routines helps you find rest, with relaxation and savasana capping off our time together. I look forward to meeting you on the mat.
