About Kelsie

With training at AMDA in New York City and over 20 years of musical-theater experience, I bring a lifelong love of performance, storytelling, and the creative process to my coaching.

I believe great acting begins with curiosity, imagination, and the willingness to explore a character honestly. My goal is to create a supportive environment where students can take risks, learn new skills, and grow in confidence without feeling pressured to be perfect.

Every performer has something unique to bring to a role. I enjoy helping students discover their strengths, develop their instincts, and bring more authenticity and intention to their performances.

Whether you’re new to acting or looking to refine your skills, I’m here to help you build confidence and become a more expressive, well-rounded performer.

About the lesson

My acting lessons are designed to help students build confidence, develop believable characters, and discover their unique strengths as performers.

Whether you’re just starting out, preparing for an audition, or looking to strengthen your acting skills, lessons are tailored to your individual goals and experience.

We’ll explore character development, emotional expression, monologue preparation, scene work, storytelling, stage presence, and audition techniques. My approach emphasizes authenticity, creativity, and making confident choices rather than trying to be perfect.

I want students to feel comfortable taking creative risks, expressing themselves, and discovering what makes their performances memorable.

Whether your goal is musical theatre, school productions, community theatre, or simply becoming a more confident performer, we’ll work together to help you grow at your own pace.
