About Amy

Hello everyone!
 I am offering professional German and Spanish (Latin American) classes to individuals or small groups.
Currently, I am a master student at UCL and based in East London.

My classes are tailored to the learner to make sure he/she learns in an efficient way. During the first class we can do a test to see what your level of German is and to make a plan what the goals are for the next weeks/months and discuss your desired progress.

I can teach both spelling, writing, reading but can also build classes simply around practising conversation. I provide all the exercises and materials, and if required I can give you homework and other assignments.

I have taught classes before to adults and children. For children I try to make the classes as fun as possible by creating games through which learning German is easier and more engaging, so that your child does not loose interest in learning the language.

I am a German and Spanish native speaker but I speak several languages fluently (English, Dutch). I’ve learnt these languages from scratch which, in my opinion, allows me to understand where someone could have difficulties in learning a new language as I’ve been through such struggles while learning these foreign languages.

I offer classes after working hours (so after 6pm), we can decide which day works best for you. Potentially weekends is an option too. It can be either at your house or in any other location.

I make all exercises myself which guarantees diverse and unique learning tasks
I can provide homework, feedback and correction or translations if needed outside the class
