About Jhansi
Hello! I am a passionate Kids Yoga teacher dedicated to helping children grow healthy, happy, and confident through yoga. My classes focus on simple yoga poses, breathing exercises, mindfulness, and fun activities that keep children engaged while learning. I create a safe, positive, and encouraging environment where every child can learn at their own pace. My goal is to make yoga enjoyable while supporting children's physical fitness, concentration, emotional well-being, and self-confidence.

My Kids Yoga classes are fun, safe, and engaging for children aged 4–12. Each session includes simple yoga poses, breathing exercises, stretching, mindfulness, storytelling, games, and relaxation techniques. Classes help improve flexibility, balance, concentration, confidence, posture, and emotional well-being. Every lesson is interactive and designed to make children enjoy learning while developing healthy habits in a positive and supportive environment.
