Within a Communicative Language Teaching approach, I focus more on the role of learners rather than the external stimuli the learner receives from their environment. In other words, the center of attention in learning English
shifts from the teacher and material (external) to the student (internal). I look not only at individuals but also at the people who make up their world and the connections between them. I use real-life issues and varied resources to bring students as close to the “real thing” as possible.
