I am a professional dancer by trade, but after years of experiencing yoga and the benefits it brings to body and mind, I trained and qualified as a teacher and am now passionate about passing on my knowledge to others.

I’m passionate about the roots of yoga and to concentrate on the holistic ethics, not just the physical benefits. I like to speak with confidence and understand that each client has very different expectations and limits and I love to treat them as individuals, caring and supporting each pose and transition.
