About Samiksha

Hello! I am a friendly, patient and dedicated MSc Health Data Science student at the University of Galway, with a strong academic background in Data Science. I enjoy learning how students think about particular subjects or problems because every student has a unique perspective and a different way of understanding things.

My teaching approach is interactive and student-focused. I like to understand a student's point of view first, identify where they are facing difficulties, and then guide them towards the right approach step by step. Rather than simply giving answers, I encourage students to think independently, ask questions and understand the reasoning behind each solution.

I believe that learning becomes easier when concepts are explained clearly, with simple examples and regular practice. I aim to create a comfortable and supportive environment where students feel confident sharing their doubts, learning from mistakes and developing their problem-solving skills.

Whether you want to strengthen your basics, understand challenging topics or prepare for school tests, I will adapt my teaching to your individual needs and help you build confidence in your abilities.

My goal is to help every student discover an approach to learning that works for them and make learning a positive, enjoyable and rewarding experience!

My approach to teaching is friendly, patient and student-focused. I believe every student learns at a different pace, so I aim to explain concepts in a simple and clear way, using examples and step-by-step explanations to make learning easier.

My lessons focus on understanding the basics, practising questions and building confidence. I encourage students to ask questions whenever they have doubts, and I adapt my teaching style to suit their individual needs. I can also help students revise topics, practise exercises and prepare for tests.

Each lesson can typically last 45–60 minutes, depending on the student's age, level and learning needs.

I am currently pursuing an MSc in Health Data Science at the University of Galway and have a strong academic background in Data Science. I am comfortable working with numbers, logical reasoning and analytical concepts, and I aim to make learning maths enjoyable and less stressful.

My lessons are suitable for primary and junior secondary school students who want to strengthen their mathematical foundations, improve their problem-solving skills and develop confidence in the subject.
