About Sasha

With 5 years of ESL teaching experience, I have successfully taught between 150 and 200 High School and College students. Teaching has always been my passion because I enjoy helping students grow both academically and personally.

I focus on making lessons clear and easy to understand. I break down complex grammar concepts into simple explanations and use real-life examples to improve communication skills. My classes are interactive and engaging, encouraging students to practise regularly.

A major milestone in my career has been helping students overcome their fear of speaking English. Many of them have shown remarkable improvement in writing, reading comprehension, and classroom participation. Their success motivates me to continue giving my best.

I believe every student learns differently, so I adjust my teaching methods based on individual needs. My goal is to create a positive learning environment where students feel supported and confident.

Teaching ESL allows me to make a meaningful difference in students’ educational journeys.

About the lesson

My ESL teaching methodology focuses on real-world application. I believe students learn English more effectively when they can use it in daily life.

I include real-life examples and case studies such as workplace conversations, academic discussions, travel situations, and social communication. This makes learning meaningful and practical.

Motivation is an important part of my teaching. I help students set clear goals and track their improvement. I encourage them to practise regularly and stay positive. I create a safe and friendly environment where students feel confident to speak and make mistakes.

I use problem-solving techniques when students face difficulties. If grammar rules seem complex, I explain them in simple language. If vocabulary is limited, I introduce practical words used in daily life. I provide exercises that improve speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.

Integrity guides my teaching style. I provide honest feedback and maintain professionalism in every session. I ensure students truly understand each topic.

I am flexible and adapt my lessons based on student level and learning style. Besides ESL, I also teach spoken English, business communication, grammar improvement, vocabulary building, and academic writing.
