About Amelia
Hello! I’m Amelia — a native English speaker from South Australia with a strong background in the performing arts. I love helping students build confidence in English, whether you’re learning for everyday conversation, study, work, performance, or creative projects. My lessons are warm, supportive, and tailored to your goals, so you always feel comfortable and encouraged as you learn.
I hold an Advanced Diploma in Acting and a Bachelor of Music (Classical Voice) with Honors, and I’ve spent many years immersed in music, theater, and creative writing. This experience has given me a deep understanding of vocal clarity, expressive communication, and the language used in rehearsals and performance settings. I also enjoy working with artistic texts — Shakespeare, poetry, scripts, and other literature — and I can help you explore tone, rhythm, meaning, and emotional nuance in English.
