Hi mate! If you’re reading this, I guess you’re looking for advice on running—and you might be wondering why you can trust me to help.
A bit about me: I played rugby for 15 years, including three years with a professional team from ages 17 to 20. Unfortunately, a hip injury ended my rugby career, but it also led me to discover my passion for running. It became my go-to activity—a way to decompress, clear my mind, and push my body.
I’d love to share my experience and knowledge to help you improve, whether it’s for personal growth or achieving a specific goal. Let’s work together to make it happen!
