About Ryan

I have many running titles, obtaining many records in Nationals and States. I have also run marathons and taught others how to run well for a while. In addition to running, I also have a passion for everything else. From sports to academics to music to languages, I truly love to put in my best effort and achieve my goals. All in all, I work my hardest to achieve my best and hope to help others do so too.

About the lesson

I teach how to run, the correct form that is needed and the ways to prevent injury.

Sessions typically last about an hour, but can change based on a student's needs.

I aim to improve a student to the best of their ability so they can achieve their true goals.

Perfect! Ryan is incredibly knowledgeable and very well organised and methodical with his teaching. In just one trial lesson, he managed to convey a lot of super useful information and some personally tailored advice. We are looking forward to learning more from him.
