About Helene

I’m a freshly retired former elite player having played for Wasps Women and Bristol Bear Women in the PWR.

I’ve been coaching for more than 10 years now from grassroots clubs to competitive environments (Middlesex U18 girls and senior teams) and high-performance pathways (Wasps Centre of Excellence).

I am based in SW London during the week for work so am available evenings on weekdays ; I do live in Cardiff so also open to schedule sessions there over the weekends

About the lesson

I’m an experienced coach, comfortable working with all age groups and abilities - from minis rugby all the way to senior teams.

I have been coaching for 10+ years and have my Level 2 from England Rugby since 2022.

My sessions are tailored to your needs and I will share a high level session plan ahead of every session so you feel comfortable with what you’re about to do, and also be able to feedback if you wish to do so.

In person sessions (1:1 or in a small group) can be focused on either establishing your core rugby skills, exploring new technical skills or perfecting one element of your game.

Online session would be a good fit for anyone looking for individual & personalised player development tips - whether that’s creating a full development plan, reviewing some clips or chatting all things performance related
