About Lila
As an undergraduate student at Syracuse University, I gained knowledge on effectively teaching elementary students and enhanced my degree with a focus on teaching special needs students as well. In addition to that, I hold a master's in Literacy. I am certified in Florida as both an elementary K-6 educator, but I am also reading and ESOL endorsed.

Students will be getting a one-on-one experience with a teacher whose experience is in reading and teaching the foundational skills that are crucial for building lifelong reading habits. In my over 10 years of teaching experience, I have taught many students to read that didn’t think they had a chance at reading.
