About Nayan
I am simple minded person with a dream, that I belive I can change someone's life take away their pain , anxiety , depression, suffering. I am practicing yoga since 2001 . My first teacher is my monther , I made my first yoga journey with my mother. I have seen her in lot of hard time and trouble although she easily made her way out in the best possible way. As a student and son of her I wish to make this strategy and yogic practices enable for the whole world . I wish to build a community of people who can spared the knowledge to a greater number of people . That was my mother's dream which can't be achive by her as she is forced to married just at the age of 17 . Now it's my turn , and I will try with my best .

As I teacher I always belived that a single word can change someone's life . If the teacher has the experience of the teaching no matter what circumstances are there with the students ,they will easily understand and try to give their best . In my classes I always start the class with a Sanskrit prayer and with an ancient breathing technique which clams the mind . Teach some easy yogic exercises for better blood flow and spinal flow through the vertebrae. After a certain period of relaxation I start to teach various yoga posing techniques as recommended for different students.
