I work hard to help each student tap into their natural strengths and to find their own creative voice.
We explore the many different ways an artist might work. I encourage students to use and build on the knowledge they already have. I love the way visual art connects with an individual’s existing creative engagement.
When a student is guided to listen to themselves, they are likely to find connections to artists with similar ways of working, and to feel empowered to articulate their own experiences.
