About Antonia
I work full-time as a pedagogue in the field of trauma pedagogy and therapy and also incorporate elements from my daily work into my classes.
I would like to be able to offer everyone the opportunity to feel and experience themselves, to dive deeper and accept it, and I see it as a great gift to be a part of your journey.

I offer yoga classes with Vinyasa elements, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques with the aim of making your body, your mind and your entire being noticeable, tangible and understandable for you.
You have the choice between a 1:1 session, in pairs or in threes with good friends. Live or online.
You don't have to get your foot behind your head or stand on it. With each breath we walk your yoga path together, step by step.

Details
For 1:1 Sessions I would be happy about an energy exchange of 60€. If you are two people for 30€ each, and if you are a group of 3 20€ per each.
