One of our best tutors. Quality profile, experience in their field, verified qualifications and a great response time. Habiba will be happy to arrange your first Law lesson.

About Habiba

Habiba is an enthusiastic tutor with over 7 years’ experience who is skilled at identifying and quickly managing foundational gaps in students’ knowledge in order to help them quickly achieve high exam results and gain entrance to top universities. Habiba has analysed past exam questions, markschemes and specifications to help students optimise performance with easily digestible tips and tricks. Habiba has studied at Oxford and Imperial College London and has a broad and unique range of expertise, covering Law, STEM subjects and university applications. Habiba’s students report that she is friendly, excited about learning and teaching and very easy to understand and learn from.

About the lesson

Habiba's central ethos is to help students improve as fast as possible by equipping students with the necessary tools they need to efficiently master the LNAT. Habiba couples non-substantive strategic exam-taking tips with the results of her analysis of past-exam questions. This helps students to see fast and consistent improvement, culminating in the achievement of high grades which universities like Oxford and Cambridge look for. Habiba is also a skilled legal writer, and helps students to write with the clarity and brevity necessary to communicate ideas with excellence in the Section B. Furthermore, Habiba uses technology like Obsidian and Devonthink to help students come up with creative and distinctive ideas to set themselves apart from the crowd in the LNAT essay. Habiba is also skilled in the development of broader exam strategy, namely the extent to which time should be dedicated to each section, as well as to other forms of admissions prep like interview and personal statement preparation: based on the skills that each university to which her students are applying (and the skills they prioritise), Habiba helps students to manage their time so that they can maximise their chance of reaching their dream university.

Excellent! Habiba is very professional, working around her schedule to transparently communicate. Habiba was unable to meet my demands due to it being client scenario based work which is totally understandable but her confidence to tutor law shines through with her honesty to what can be taught.

Habiba was recommenced as a brilliant tutor to me by my friend and has helped me immensely. My grade for chemistry was quite low, but she brought it up by miles and I regained a lot of confidence within the subject. She was an incredible teacher; patient and kind and funny. We were able to cover lots of weak points and she helped to refresh my knowledge over some topics I hadn’t covered in a while. She was a brilliant teacher!

My son Adam just finished his IGCSE, his least favorite subject was Chemistry.

He was still in year 10 and I needed tuition and tried few teachers until I found a brilliant A level student Ms.Habiba El Khatib.

Her passion for chemistry and learning were contagious, she’d deliver the information and boost his energy on any day.

The following year Habiba left to the UK to study chemistry. And we continued the lessons online, which proved very useful when Covid-10 hit and we were all in lock down.

Habiba’s professionalism , commitment and knowledge make her the very best for teaching my son or any other student.

I can’t praise her enough.

Habiba helped me study for my a levels, and not only is she extremely motivated herself, she extended this motivation to me and always boosted my self confidence, making sure I understood what she was teaching me before moving on. She’s also very thorough in her teaching which is a huge plus point as it ensures that you fully know about a topic and goes through exam technique which is especially helpful for the new more specific markschemes.
