About Olivia
Art has been an important part of my life for many years. Through formal art education and years of personal practice, I have explored a variety of mediums while continuing to develop my own creative voice.
My artistic journey has taught me that creativity is not about having everything figured out, it is about curiosity, experimentation, and the confidence to keep creating. I bring that perspective to every lesson, along with a genuine passion for helping others recognize their own creative potential.
I am committed to providing a professional, dependable, and inspiring experience where students feel supported as they begin their own artistic journey.

My approach to teaching art is centered on creative guidance rather than rigid instruction. I help students explore their ideas, develop confidence, and discover their own artistic style. Instead of focusing only on technical perfection, I encourage experimentation, curiosity, and personal expression.
My lessons are practical, supportive, and adapted to each student’s interests. I can work with a variety of mediums, including drawing, painting, mixed media, and other creative techniques. I demonstrate essential skills, provide constructive feedback, and guide students through challenges without taking control of their creative process.
A typical lesson begins with a conversation about the student’s interests, goals, or ideas. We may review inspiration, explore a new technique, and then work on a guided creative exercise or personal project. At the end of the lesson, we reflect on the work, discuss what the student learned, and identify ideas or skills to explore next.
What sets me apart is my flexible and encouraging approach. I do not believe there is only one correct way to create art. I aim to provide a welcoming space where students feel comfortable experimenting, making mistakes, and building confidence. I see myself as a creative guide who helps students turn their ideas into something meaningful.
My lessons are designed primarily for beginners of all ages who want to explore art in a relaxed and approachable way. No previous experience is required. Lessons can be adapted for students who want to learn foundational skills, try different mediums, develop a personal project, or simply become more comfortable expressing themselves creatively.
