About Alexandra
I have a high level of German, having received A* at GCSE and A at A-Level. Currently I am studying at Exeter University where I am working all the time to improve.
I have had experience in teaching primary level students, having spent time in a local primary school helping out and leading activities. Over the course of 2016/17, I spent time abroad in Spain tutoring two 11 yr old boys and in England, I have tutored a 13 yr old boy in German. I feel like after working with my students, they all improved significantly and gained in confidence, especially in speaking.

I am a student in my fourth year at Exeter University studying German. Having studied German for many years now, I have a good grasp of the language and would love to share my knowledge to help potential students.
Whether you are a beginner, want to simply improve the language skills you already have or just want someone to chat with to keep your level of German up to scratch, I'd be happy to help! In the lessons, I'd ideally focus on the essential skills: speaking, reading, writing and listening. But if you want to specifically improve one or the other, I'll adapt my lessons accordingly.
I'm very flexible with my time and am willing to meet in person or give lessons online, whatever suits! I just want to be as much help to my students as possible, even if it's just to be contacted to help with translating a document or anything.
