About Amber

I believe strongly that your academic background be it high-school or first years of University, do not define your future. I came to this country and did not have the desired background for a Russell group university, however managed to utilise employability skills, interview skills, and networking recommendations to experience a summer interning at an internationally recognised designer jewellery brand "Shaun Leane Fine Jewellery" famously recognised on the hit BBC tv series "All that Glitters". Additionally these skills and experience are how I managed to secure a position amongst Oxbridge students at LGT wealth management once I graduate. I never would have imagined I would be able to secure such positions in my first year of university as an immigrant, so trust me when I say if I can, YOU can!

About the lesson

My goal is to give my students the best possible advantage to Russell group competitors in being academically outstanding AND employability focused. I am familiar in assisting international students who may be unfamiliar with the English academic curriculum, and providing feedback on academic writing language to help you reach that perfect distinction! I provide: - 1-1 Teams meetings (30mins - 1hour) - Coursework editing - Reading recommendations - Excel, Python, UCINET, Multiple global economic databases - Statistics help - Reading and editing CV/Cover Letter - Networking Recommendations
