About Pav

I’m a professional guitarist, musician and teacher with extensive experience performing and working with students of all ages. I play in a UK-based band and bring real-world musical knowledge into my lessons. My teaching style is supportive, patient and focused on building confidence, rhythm and strong foundations, while keeping learning enjoyable and accessible for every student.

About the lesson

My approach to teaching guitar is practical, supportive and tailored to each student. I focus on building strong foundations in technique, rhythm and musical understanding while keeping lessons enjoyable and motivating. I break things down step-by-step, using familiar songs, exercises and repetition to help students progress confidently at their own pace. I always encourage creativity and curiosity, making sure lessons feel relaxed and pressure-free. Lessons typically last 45–60 minutes, depending on age and level, with shorter sessions available for younger beginners. I’m a professional guitarist and musician with years of experience performing live and teaching. I play in a UK-based punk band with radio support from BBC Introducing and Amazing Radio, and I have extensive experience working with children, young people and adults as a tutor and creative practitioner. My guitar lessons are suitable for children, teenagers and adults, from complete beginners to intermediate players. Whether students want to learn their favourite songs, improve technique, or build confidence playing guitar, lessons are always tailored to their individual goals.
