About FEDERICA
I am attending the faculty of Chemistry in the beautiful city of Ferrara, Italy. About 4 years ago I have discovered the yoga discipline in a very difficult phase of my life and since then I started to rise up emotionally and physically. The passion I've developed throughout my yoga journey (every yoga journey is different, it's very important not to compare oneself to others but to enjoy the ride!) has brought me to follow those who need help like I did.

Yoga has changed my everyday life!
Both the beauty of the practice and the discovery of what my body allowed me to do have helped me develop a very profound passion towards the discipline. I love working individually so the other yogi can feel comfortable throughout the entire lesson. The style I prefer is Hatha (slightly intense) but I will adapt the practice according to the mental and physical needs of the other yogi.
