About Nadiye Gulkan
I have been teaching yoga for over 10 years. I have been leading yoga teacher trainings for many years to students from many different countries around the world.
I have over 15,000 hours of teaching experience. I have led more than 50 yoga teacher trainings.
I am also a C-IAYT (Certified International Yoga Therapist) and hold the IAYT (International Association of Yoga Therapists) certification, which is not available to many people.
In addition to all these, I am a Pregnant Yoga instructor trainer and I also work one-on-one with expectant mothers who want to take classes.
Apart from these classes I also offer Hormonal Balance Programs for Women.

I am teaching classes in almost all types of yoga and trainings including aerial yoga, pilates (also a pilates mat and reformer instructor) and kundali yoga, etc. I have a full command of anatomy and teach anatomy trainings.
In addition to exercises and yoga practices that will make the body healthier and fitter, I happily accompany my students on their healing journeys, where I work on yoga therapy practices on issues such as tumors, cancer, mental disorders.
I have attended countless trainings that support personal development—including life coaching—and have gained experience by applying these teachings over the years.
My goal is not only to support you on the yoga mat, but also to share teachings that you can apply in your daily life to enhance and enrich your overall well-being.

The primary goal of our sessions is to support you through healing and strengthening yoga asana flows and meditative guidance that help you feel safe, comfortable, and uplifted.
I design each class program specifically based on the individual needs of my students.
Based on the observations made during our sessions, I am able to quickly develop solutions and adjust the program to address needs that may go beyond what you initially shared in our first meeting.
In addition to practicing styles from traditions such as Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Hatha Yoga, and Iyengar Yoga, I also teach various other styles including Yoga Therapy, Kundalini Yoga, Chakra Yoga, and Aerial Yoga.
I offer guidance in Pilates and personal training as well, and I incorporate teachings on meditation and yoga philosophy into my classes.
I also offer yoga and wellness retreats to my students.
I teach students of all levels.
