About Sreya
Namaste. As a Yoga Teacher at Santhi Yoga Centre Calicut, I offer personalized online yoga sessions backed by a Diploma in Yogic Science & Sports Yoga and Yoga Alliance certification. My classes combine yoga, Pranayama, mindful movement, flexibility and relaxation, helping students build a healthy, consistent routine from the comfort of home.

Personalized, beginner-friendly yoga sessions combining traditional yoga, Pranayama, flexibility, fitness, Sports Yoga and relaxation.
