About Chenise
As a teacher of yoga, I will also remain a student. I am always learning and looking for continued education trainings and experiences to deepen my own understanding, ability and feeding the endless curiosity that keeps me engaged with yoga. I tell everyone that yoga is my pill cabinet, its my first responder in cases of aches, anxiety, digestion issues, tightness in the body or big feelings. These ancient teachings are timeless medicine for everyday life.

I actively teach in-studio and virtual different styles such as aerial, chakra, yin, chair and hatha yoga. Your first lessons with me will consist of assessing your mobility, questions, goals and expectations. I will see to it that these are meet and exceeded.
