About Sorour

I am an experienced yoga teacher with empathetic approach certified as a yoga teacher from federation of all sports in Iran, in 2011. I also have certificate in yoga for teens and preteens issued by YogakidzWorldwide in 2019. Also my certification to teach kids from Nobieh is issued in 2017.

About the lesson

No private session, only Group classes (at least two people) can be provided both in Farsi and English. I have a very empathetic and consistent approach in my classes. All techniques are designed according to participant's body and mind condition based on holistic perspective. Each session is 1h & 15min in which we start from basics, unless you have been a practitioner before. I also have taught yoga to kids in yoga studios, gym, kindergarten for over 6 years. Also I have taught yoga to women and teens in different yoga studios, gyms and private fir over 12 years. I invite you to join me if you are interested in: Hatha yoga, yoga nidra, a happier inner child and deep relaxation experiences plus breathing techniques, touching your inner self and finding peace.
