About Sean
My name is Sean and my journey into yoga began as an IT professional battling chronic back pain—relieved in just three sessions! Later, archaeological fieldwork caused rotator cuff damage, and acupressure became my lifeline. With 11 years of dedicated practice and formal teacher training, I now blend kundalini-inspired yoga postures with acupressure to address alignment, tension, and injury prevention. Chair Yoga can be included. My lived experience with these disciplines fuels my passion for guiding others towards pain-free, empowered movement. Let’s turn your challenges into strength!
