About Ashu

I have a PhD in Civil Engineering and have extensive experience of teaching civil engineering for 20+ years. Teaching and mentoring students is my passion and gives me immense sense of satisfaction. I derive eternal happiness in learning about the success of my students (which I keep hearing about).

I live in Houston, TX and am looking to help younger generation improve their performance, confidence, and make them ready for the challenges of life ahead. I would like to tutor Math and Science at high school level given an opportunity.

About the lesson

I believe in the process, habit building, discipline, and hard-work keeping long-term success in mind rather than short-term gains as in-depth understanding of knowledge/ concepts stay with you throughout your life. In my classes, I ask my students to teach me often as I believe teaching is the best way to learn.

Ashu's response
Giovanna is a bright student, has her concepts clear for simple things but needs help with a little complex topics. She will do well with some guidance, help, monitoring, encouragement, discipline, and hard-work. I enjoyed my first lesson. Thanks SuperProf
