Established in 2011, Walnut Creek Yoga Tai Chi TaiJi Chi Gong Classes/ Lessons offers dynamic yoga classes in Walnut Creek, CA, and surrounding areas. They welcome people of all ages and abilities, even those without prior yoga experience. Their Dao Yoga, a series of body movements similar to Tai Chi, is performed outdoors and does not require a mat.
