About Kellie

I am a Yoga Therapist and the difference between a Therapist and a teacher is more years of study and experience. I have been teaching group classes and working privately with people since 2004.

I support people on their individual goals and create a personalized plan to manage anxiety, depression as well as back pain.

My expertise is in posture and helping people learn alignment and anatomy while getting in touch with their breath as well as their higher, best self!

I absolutely love helping people work through whatever it is that they are dealing with. Over the years, students have told me that my hands on assists are very intuitve and healing. I have dealt with and healed my own back pain working learning to balance strength WITH flexibitly.

I am a Yoga Therapist with over a 1000 hours of training. I also have a BA in Psychology and a certificate in Pilates.

I have been studying Nutrtion and Health on my own steadily for 15 years.

About the lesson

With new students, I suggest they work with me privately for a couple of sessions, especially if they are experiencing any pain in the body. This way when they go intothe classroom I can work with where they are at in mind and body without guessing.

Prices for Privates:

80 dollars for one time a week= 240 per month.

75 dollars for 2 times a week.

70 dollars for 3 times a week.

Prices for Small Groups (up to 6)

40 dollars for one time a week=160 per month.
