About Nicole
Nicole has practiced some form of therapy as soon as she graduated high school in 1994. She began her college career in therapeutic recreation, chiropractic, massage therapy, and now yoga. Nicole has practiced yoga since 2001 and taught for the past 10 years. She has evolved her past therapeutic training into a healing space that provides trauma and mental health awareness along with an excellent workout.
Currently, I'm studying for an advanced 300 hour training program, with Nina Be, which incorporates embodied practice into movement. Also, she's learning to apply her training in mental health and trauma for yoga into her teachings. Yin, Restorative, Guided meditation, Visualization, Embodied Practice and sound therapy are a few approaches incorporated in practice.
