About Sylvia
Hello, and thank you for considering me as your guide!
Currently I don't have much experience however, in 2020 was a time of enlightening of the heart and decided to choose this path!
I decided it was time to re-evaluate and assess my career path but I wasn't sure where or what it was! Yoga and meditation are two things that I enjoy greatly, and we can all use a moment of stillness and grounding. I am here to provide just that.
I started to study for my 200HR Yoga Teacher Training and added along the way a 100HR Meditation Teacher Training, which I am currently working to complete on both these studies. I've enjoyed the lessons online so much, that I decided what better way to offer these very much needed services, then to help those who seek the same as me, calm and stillness of the mind and soul!
Let's go into this journey together and getting to know us all!
What I enjoy the most is meeting new people and seeing them as part of my family once we get to know one another!
My services will be unique in where I will do these in a virtual setting for now as of 2023. I can offer Zoom, FaceTime and even Facebook Messenger. I can also do Skype as the request is presented. My mission is to be safe and provide my clients with a safe environment in the comfort of their homes or anywhere that may be, virtually.
