About Lori

I am a yoga teacher, Acupressure therapist, and reiki master. I specialize in pain management and relief, energy improvement, anxiety and depression, and more. You will receive an individualized plan and coaching from me as well.

I love this work. I found relief from a traumatic incident in childhood and a chronic health condition through these methods. I have a passion to share this knowledge to help ease the sufferings of others.

I have been a yoga student for over 20 years. Through the loss of my father I decided to dive into another study I was passionate about- yoga. Yoga has helped me heal and I am forever grateful for that.

I am a certified acupressure shiatsu therapist for 17 years. I am a registered yoga teacher with a focus in yoga therapy, and I have a Reiki masters certification.

About the lesson

I will review full health history with you, current symptoms and wishes. We will collaborate on your wellness plan and healing plan. I will offer you my recommendations and we will get started!

All different health issues. I have worked with children as young as 5 and adults up to 90 years of age. These methods can help everyone.

It is important your teacher connects with you and understands your condition. You want to feel comfortable with this person, first and foremost.

Details

Pricing varies. In general $125 for the consultation (1.5 hours) And $85 for each body work session. Virtual sessions are $40 per half hour, $75 per hour.
