About Bridget
Hello!
I am [Bend with] Bridget, a recently certified 200 Hr yoga instructor. I am also an aerialist and local performer! I specialize in Hot Vinyasa, Yin, Core/Sculpt, and Restorative yoga classes. I love working with everyone, but my skillset is best suited for athletes/gym rats (weightlifters, runners, hikers, dancers, walkers, ) and those looking to achieve better alignment/ stability to prevent injury!
You may have seen me around, I also work-trade at the wonderful Highland Yoga Studio.
