About Elia
I'm at RYT 200 who eats, sleeps, and breathes yoga aka a Yogivore. Dedicated to guiding students to connect with their authentic selves and live with more confidence both on the mat and in life. I enjoy instructing proper tecnhique as well as incorporating my athletic background into sequences. I am educated in multiple styles of yoga from Vinyasa flow to restorative.
I love seeing people push themselves and grow. Opening themselves up to what it possible for them, both physically and mentally.
