I am a new student and I have arthritis. I love that she modifies the moves to help me continue to do it. She motivates me, and she pushes me to keep on going. She not only wants me to be better physically but mentally as well. She's a great teacher. I really appreciates her, and she's helping me to continue and to keep up the good work.

I liked that she really challenged me and was gentle at the same time. I thought yoga was boring but after having a private session with Kyla I am open to having more lessons and refer my friends.

Kyla was patient and really paid attention to my form and took her time to explain the movement and made sure that I did the movement correctly.
