Teaching is my passion and I love what I do, people tell me it shows in my work. I believe in creating a safe place for my students where they can transform from the inside out. I believe when you empower yourself, you empower your world.
I fell in love with group fitness at age 14, and knew almost immediately that I wanted to teach, here I am!
Almost 2 decades in the fitness industry, group fitness and personal training background, 5 years yoga experience, and a certified teacher trainer.

I always start by asking questions and listening to the needs of the student so I can not only meet their needs, but also meet them where they are today.
I teach at Providence- St Pete’s and DSHS, these classes are more geared towards beginners. I also teach intermediate and advanced classes locally. So I have worked with all levels of students.
