About JoAnna
We offer classical yoga asana (posture) classes as well as study of yogic scriptures, regular kirtan evenings, guided Yoga Nidra meditation classes and study of the philosophical underpinnings of this ancient science of the soul.
Our posture classes emphasize moving slowly with the breath to open and relax the body.....and to always broaden our range of motion. Students are encouraged to move and stretch to their own personal capacity.......always honoring the body and respecting its limits.
Yoga is central to my life.....and I find much joy in sharing it with others. Our mission os to create a spiritual family.....a refuge....a home to support the journey of the soul. For more information, please see our website at: (concealed information)
