About Michele
I understand the body and its limitations through doing massage for years and practicing yoga. I am certified in both.
I just want to be and my students to be the best they can be, feel freedom in movement within themselves, and have patience, in that we can all feel a bit better.
I know that movement is very important and healing...
I find people feel better physically mentally and emotionally in a short time sometimes right away. Now that's a great feeling to be able to do that.
