I have a fitness app where I can help you have a full training experience weekly. I incorporate nutrition. I also offer coursees online on health & wellness topics

I am passionate and commited to this work of helping people. Mindfulness is so important in every aspect of health and wellness. Making the mind body connection. Everyone is at a different place or stage in their life and I enjoy helping bridge the gap between them and what seems out of their reach. I guide them towards it helping to eliminate obstacles and issues so that it is simpler and more direct. Whether it's fitness, nutrition, meditation and mindfulness and everything in between. About the lesson

First we speak to get a sense of what youre looking for and I explain what services I provide that may be a good fit.
Next we have a first free session for me to assess you and for you to see how you like it.
From there I make suggestions for a program plan and you decide! You will fill out a health history form and waiver upon signing up.

Perfect! Amy was so great at finding solutions for meal planning which best fit my schedule and life style. She was always available to help me when I had a question while food shopping. Amy taught me how to be a healthy eater and strategies for encouraging my children to eat healthy too!

Perfect! Amy is a through professional who manages distant meditation coaching on zoom very well. What I liked about her is that she focuses on the problem and alters her coaching approach to address the issue rather than a cookie cutter model.
My first few sessions have been great and am looking forward to the weekly classes.. great job Amy !!
