About Amanda
I offer Kundalini, Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin and Restorative Yoga as well as meditation and mini massages during Savasana.
Registered RYT 200 HR Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance.
I love to help people and I want to develop my own skills even more. Im new but I love to learn about Yoga, Buddhism, Daoism and anything in between. I love Ayurveda as well and am very knowledgeable about the Yoga Sutras and the Hatha Yoga Pradipika. I am very passionate about these things and I would love to converse about any of these subjects with my students. I also enjoy giving physical adjustments and slight massage to help relax the student even more.
